Which charger is right for my car?
It depends on the car’s AC charging limit, charging connector and your property’s electrical supply. Include your car model in the enquiry so these can be checked before a charger is selected.
Can I install a charger in a condominium?
Start by checking with your building management. Parking access, electrical supply and the proposed cable route all need to be reviewed, along with any required approvals.
What affects the installation price?
Cable length and route, the distribution board, protection devices, charger mounting and any required electrical upgrades. The quotation should set out the work included for your property.
Can you install a charger I already bought?
Yes—choose installation only and include the make and model. We’ll first check compatibility and the installation requirements.
What should I prepare for an enquiry?
Your car model, postcode, property type and charger model if you have one. Photos of the parking space and the outside of your distribution board can help. Keep covers closed; there is no need to touch electrical components.
